Since the 1960s our family has cut, lasted and stitched every pair by hand. Hammers keep time on the bench, edges are burnished with brushes and patience, and each sole is finished and stamped before it leaves the workshop.

How do I choose my size?
Order your usual dress shoe size and check our size guide. If the size is wrong, our Perfect Fit Promise covers you: you can exchange your pair once for another size within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in the original box.
How long does delivery take?
Every pair is made to order and dispatched within 3 working days. USA: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, duties and taxes included. UK and Europe: 5 to 7 business days. Shipping is free, tracked and express, and your tracking number is emailed on dispatch.
What leather do you use?
Premium full grain calf leather from trusted tanneries in Pakistan. It is soft from day one and ages beautifully with care.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 3 year craftsmanship warranty covers stitching, sole bonding and hardware under normal wear. If a manufacturing defect appears we repair, replace or refund. It does not cover normal wear such as sole or heel wear, scuffs or creasing.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn shoes within 30 days of delivery through our return portal. Requests are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours.
How do I care for my shoes?
Every pair ships with The Tailor's Kit, worth £70: cedar shoe trees, cream, brush and a dust bag. Clean gently, cream every few wears and keep the trees in between wears.
Are Leather Shoe products handmade?
Every pair is made to order in our family workshop in Sialkot, where we have made shoes since the 1960s. Cutting, lasting, patina and finishing are done by hand by our craftsmen. The construction of each model, Blake stitched or Goodyear welted, is listed on its product page.
Can I order a custom colour or design?
Yes, on selected models. Message us with your idea and we will tell you what is possible and the price before we make anything.
Can I trade in an old pair or get a resole?
Yes. Send back any old pair of dress shoes and get £40 off your next pair. After your first year of wear we also offer a resole service, so your shoes can last for many years.
