Our Commitment

At LeatherShoe, every pair is crafted to order using high-quality leather and skilled workmanship. Because each product is made specifically for you, our return process is structured to remain fair while protecting the value of our craftsmanship.

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our online return portal powered by AfterShip.
We do not process returns via email.


30-Day Return Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns page on leathershoe.co.uk

  2. Enter your order number and email address

  3. Select the item you wish to return

  4. Choose your return reason

  5. Upload required photos (if applicable)

  6. Submit your request

Once all required information is provided, your request will be reviewed and approved within 48 hours or less.

If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Returns (30-Day Free Returns Policy)

We offer a 30-day return window, allowing you to request a return if you are not satisfied.

However:

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Shoes must be returned in original packaging

  • The outsole must show no signs of wear

This policy ensures you have flexibility while maintaining product integrity.


Size Exchanges (One-Time Exchange)

If your shoes do not fit:

  • One exchange is allowed per order

  • Request must be submitted within 30 days

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • A re-shipping fee may apply for the new pair

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering to avoid delays.


Made-to-Order & Custom Items

All LeatherShoe products are made to order.

Because of this:

  • Custom size orders are non-refundable

  • Returns for “change of mind” are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Natural variations in leather texture, grain, and shade are not defects


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • You must report it within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo evidence must be submitted via the return portal

Once verified:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

  • We will cover all associated shipping costs


Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use or damage.


Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Shoes have been worn outdoors

  • Soles show creasing or usage

  • Items are damaged after delivery

  • Incorrect size was selected without checking the size guide

  • Item was marked as final sale


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return address will be provided after approval

  • We recommend using a tracked service

LeatherShoe is not responsible for lost returns.

For delivered orders, we may submit:

We are not responsible for:
