At LeatherShoe, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note — it is the buyer’s responsibility to handle and pay for return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective,

  • Damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product.

We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom-made products or items made on special request are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original product, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason — no justification required.

As with our standard return policy, items must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
